By selecting a paid subscription plan, you agree to pay Substrax the applicable fees according to your selected plan. Payment will be charged to your selected payment method at the confirmation of purchase and at the beginning of each subscription period.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We may change the fees for our service from time to time, but we will provide you with advance notice of these fee changes. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, we will not refund the subscription fees for the unused portion of the term.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Polar.sh, which maintains its own terms of service and privacy policy.

The materials on Substrax's website and service are provided on an 'as is' basis. Substrax makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Substrax does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Substrax or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Substrax's website or service, even if Substrax or a Substrax authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
